Movement training
Our movement training is designed to provide a better understanding to natural movement mechanisms (the natural/established processes of our bodies), as well as increase body awareness through varying patterns of controlled dynamic play. Developing these skills have desirable outcomes, in creating ideal support systems for our daily lives (eliminating poor posture, rounded shoulders and tight hips etc), as well as developing fundamental core strength.
Whilst movement training is not designed to be physically demanding, the combination of creative activity and mental stimulus can be very rewarding for anyone, from burgeoning enthusiast to accomplished athlete. Programming blends elements of gymnastics, callisthenics, acrobatics, and balance/coordination drills.
Mobility training
Our mobility training is a focus towards improving our current range of motion and end range capacity. This ensures safe transitions in all positions of our dynamic compound lifts and CrossFit demands. Constant training in these ends ranges establishes lasting strength benefits, as well as by-products of injury migration, and rehabilitation stimulus to joints an muscle tissue, and developing enduring potential in otherwise neglected areas of our bodies.
Our mobility training will become a valuable asset, in supplementing daily mixed training as well as stimulating recovery throughout the body. Programming blends elements of eastern martial arts, yoga, Pilates, movement training, and various disciplines of flexibility.
